It should not come as a surprise that this time of year can be taxing–not only on our wallets, for sure, and our bodies — with the cold, wintery weather — but also on our mental health. Please take some time during the busy holiday season, and throughout the whole year, to take care of yourself and make yourself a priority.
It’s okay to not be okay, but you don’t need to do it alone–reach out for help if you need.
To help, we’re donating a portion of our French Laundry Sales in November to the Canadian Mental Health Association (Saskatchewan Division). This money will help advocate for mental health services, provide educational opportunities to help everyone to better understand their mental health, and overall reduce the lingering stigma still attached to mental illness today.
The holiday season is a great reason to spend some quality time with the ones you love, and be there for others. But don’t forget to be there for yourself too.
