We Make, We Explore,
We Innovate

We make

We make Canadas best sprits. We use freeze filtration and locally sourced Saskatchewan grains and grain products to ensure a smooth finish and the highest premium products for our customers. We produce a variety of organic, gluten free spirits such as vodka, gin, cactus juice and our popular moonshine that are available throughout Regina, Saskatoon, and surrounding areas.

We explore

The distillation process uses natural locally sourced fruit and berry flavourings as well as locally sourced Saskatchewan grains and grain products. The use of environmentally conscious products is important to us, we want to ensure that we are doing what we can to obtain the highest quality standard of products for our customers.

We innovate

Our goal is to create world class, craft beverages with world class locally sourced agricultural products. We want to be an environmentally conscious small batch producer world class beverages. We want to take Canadas best vodka and turn it into world class products. Provide our customers with highest quality standard of products.

Students from around the world will have a large part in the creation of our craft beverages. We want to influence younger and older generations to take part in the cultural history of fermentation. These beverages are designed and tested by students allowing students to take part in years old traditions.

We appreciate

We as settlers to these traditional lands would like to begin by acknowledging that we are located on Treaty 4 Territory, with a presence in Treaty 6, as well as in the homeland of the Metis/Michif Nation. Home of the Cree, Ojibwe, Saulteaux, Dakota, Lakota, and Métis Nation where the great plains begin. We respect and honour the Treaties and in the spirit of reconciliation and collaboration, we are committed to moving forward in partnership with Indigenous Nations whose traditional lands we reside on.
